How we deliver Dementia Care
Dementia care asks for patience, consistency and a deep understanding of the person behind the diagnosis. Our caregivers keep daily routines familiar, use memory stimulation activities such as music, photographs and simple shared tasks, and create a safe environment that reduces confusion and risk. We are trained to respond calmly to challenging behaviours, and we make sure nutrition, hydration and medication stay on track. Families receive regular updates and practical guidance along the way.
Signs that extra support may help
- Memory loss is affecting safety at home, such as leaving appliances on or wandering
- Routines, meals or medication are being forgotten
- Behaviour changes are becoming difficult for family to manage alone
- Family carers need regular respite
