About Us

Who we are

Caring Hearts Homecare Services is a private organisation dedicated to providing quality support services for the elderly and people living with developmental disabilities in the Western and Eastern Cape provinces.

We provide each individual we serve with a person-family-centred support plan that is co-created by the individual, their family, and our case managers. This service plan is designed and delivered using a support team approach that leverages the unique skills and talents of our professional staff, including nurses who oversee the health of the people we serve.
