Our approach

How we deliver Community Integration Support

Staying connected to community is part of staying well. Our caregivers work alongside each person to rebuild confidence and routine, whether that means attending a faith gathering, joining a club, visiting friends or getting to appointments. We provide transport assistance and accompany people to events, offering as much or as little support as they want on the day. The aim is always participation on the person's own terms, with their choices leading the way.
